Senior Assistant Manager
Inverlochy Castle is currently looking for an experienced/confident Senior Assistant Manager to join our Management team.

Inverlochy Castle has a long standing reputation as Scotland's finest country house hotel with 17 luxurious bedrooms, the longest running Michelin star in Scotland and also a proud member of Relais and Chateaux.

Temporary live in accommodation is available. This is a full time position and you must be able to work within the United Kingdom and European community and also hold a driving license that allows you to drive in the UK.
The ideal candidate for this position must have previous experience in a similar role (with a minimum of 3 years at supervisory/management level) courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service,
Must be standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organize and plan ahead and have the ability to lead, multi-task, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment. If successful you will be responsible for the hotel at all times and especially so in the Hotel Manager's absence.

We work hard to achieve our high standards and attention to detail. We would hope candidates would be working with us for up to one year, if not for a longer period of time.
Applicants must have a good level of English both spoken and understanding. Previous experience within hotel/restaurant industry is essential. We do ask that any applications should be in English please.

The shift pattern is in rotation of 4 days off in week 1 and working 3 then 3 days off in week 2 and working 4, starting at 10pm and working through until 8am once all duties are completed.
Duties include the taking care of our guests from the occasional preparing of drinks, tea and coffee to making sure they are comfortable and safe for the evening. Light cleaning duties will also be required as well as preparation for the next day’s business. A full and clean drivers license is required as light driving duties will be asked of you.

ICMI Group Assistant Operations Manager
Due to the expansion of ICMI, we are currently employing a Group Assistant Operations Manager:
Group assistant operations managers have to be able to solve problems quickly and in a professional and pleasant manner. They must be able to deal successfully with a wide variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds. Have initiative, self-discipline, effective communications skills, and the ability to organize and direct the work of others.
Assistant operations managers are responsible for making decisions with the guidance of the Group Operations Manager that directly affect the day-to-day operations for the entire group. Travel and working away from home is a key factor within this job role.
Minimum experience required:
2 years assistant general manager in 4-5 star hotel with excellent food and beverage background.
Full drivers licence required.
