Dinner at Inverlochy is an experience to savour in any of our three dining rooms, each decorated with period and elaborate furniture presented as gifts to Inverlochy Castle from the King of Norway.

The menu features modern British cuisine which is internationally recognised by all major guides. We have been awarded AA 3 red Rosettes and 1 Michelin Star.

Menus for larger parties can be tailored to suit personal requirements.

Our luncheons are particularly good value and combined with only the best personal service, we offer guests and visitors a unique experience in unrivalled surroundings.

Head Chef - Matthew Gray

Matthew Gray joined Inverlochy in 1995 and in 1997, after two years of service, was appointed Sous Chef. In January of 2000 Matthew was appointed to the position of Head Chef and is looking forward to his fifth year heading up Inverlochy's Kitchen Brigade.

Baked loin of lamb with a goats cheese and tomato mash…
