Wine Tasting Weekend
Chef Albert Roux OBE, KFO head of the famous cooking dynasty behind such establishments as Le Gavroche which was the first ever restaurant in the UK to be awarded three Michelin Stars and Baron Philippe de Rothschild
Friday 9th and Saturday 10th November 2012
Arrive Friday afternoon and relax in the Drawing Room or Great Hall with afternoon tea. In the evening there will be an informal three-course French countryside menu served with wines included.
Saturday morning, after breakfast watch a cookery demonstration given by Chef Albert Roux OBE, KFO at 11am, followed by lunch sampling the delights of the demonstration with wines included.
Saturday evening will see a formal 5 course gala dinner with wines included. Beforehand Julien from Baron de Rothschild and Chef Albert Roux OBE, KFO will go through the menu and wines chosen.
Sunday morning, full Scottish breakfast before departure.
