The entire team at Inverlochy Castle Hotel is delighted to announce two Gourmet Weekends with

Mr. Albert Roux

On the above dates.

Itinerary

Guests arrive on Friday afternoon where they will be met by Mr Albert Roux, then relax in the Drawing Room or Great Hall with afternoon tea. In the evening there will be an informal three course French countryside menu served with wines included.

After breakfast on Saturday morning, guests are invited to watch a cookery demonstration given by Mr Albert Roux in the hotel kitchen at approximately 11 a.m. This will be followed by an informal lunch sampling the delights of the demonstration with wines included.

A formal five course gala dinner will be served in the evening with wines included.

Breakfast will be served on Sunday morning prior to guests' departure.
