Regarding any activities, guests acknowledge that where activities are provided by suppliers outwith Inverlochy Castle Ltd and outwith Inverlochy Castle’s premises, the hotel has no control over the provision of those services.
We ‘Inverlochy Castle Ltd’ organise and book on guest’s behalf and are under the understanding that we are acting on guest’s behalf and facilitating the booking. As most suppliers are external to Inverlochy Castle, your contract is with the supplier direct and not with Inverlochy Castle. In the event of loss arising in connection with those services (including for the avoidance of doubt the non performance of these services) guests shall recover those losses from the supplier direct and not Inverlochy Castle Hotel.
Please note a booking fee may be added to the cost of the service which will be included in the price provided.
