About our rates
All rates are per room, per night, on a bed and full Scottish breakfast basis, based on two people sharing unless otherwise stated.
Children up to the age of seven can stay for free in a foldaway bed, though any meals will be charged. Extra beds for those aged eight and over cost £125 per night.
The above tariff doesn’t apply to the festive period and special hotel events.
An £80 supplement applies to reservations for one night only.
About our cancellation policy
We have a 30-day cancellation policy. That means if you cancel your reservation within 30 days of your arrival date, we will charge you the full cost of the room. If you cancel before 30 days, we’ll issue a refund less the £100, non-refundable deposit.

If cancelled before 30 days of arrival date a refund will be given of the deposit paid less £100 that is non-refundable
Please note that different terms and conditions will apply for booking of 10 rooms nights or more
Dogs
We’re proud to be a dog-friendly property, and love to welcome well-behaved pooches for a stay.
Dogs are welcome in any of our bedrooms, at a cost of £20 per night, per pet. Please don’t leave your pup unattended in your room, and if they are left in the room for any reason, use a crate.
We’re happy to arrange special meals if needed, and always have towels handy for muddy paws if you’ve been out for walkies.
Please note that dogs aren’t allowed in the public areas of the hotel.
